SyncMate for Mac

Does not connect to an Android phone from an M1 Mac Mini via either USB or WiFi. SyncMate module for Android has to be sideloaded (not in Google Play Store), which is a security risk, and it was built for an older version of Android, which may be why it didn't work, anyway. Not recommended.

This is a useless application on the Mac. Doesn't sync on file change only according to time interval, and is very, very slow if file is in a large folder. You cannot find out this limitation from the trial version as it doesn't include file syncing capability, and the information is not contained on the website. A waster of money, and like others have found, they DO NOT give refunds. AVOID this product. Goodsync is much better although I do not like its new subscription model. I'm reinstalling V10 which has a life license.

NEVER BUY FROM ELTIMA. NO REFUNDS.The software was an utter failure at its supposed purpose, and it mangled my computer to such an extent I had to boot it up from an emergency disk and spend hours picking out the bits of garbage they installed and deleting them. In this case, I was trying to sync and transfer music files between a Mac and an Android-based music player.  I installed the free version of the software on my Mac, and it only did a limited number of things, none of which were what I wanted it to do.  So I paid, via PayPal, for the Expert edition of the software and installed it.  It was a disaster.  This Expert package installed pieces of itself all over my operating system, without including an uninstall routine. The new software immediately upon launch began to play havoc with my machine, turning the monitor on and off in a rapid fashion without pause.  When I managed to get that calmed down (though the monitor image was crazily askew), I tried to sync the computer with the music player in all three ways on offer (USB, WiFi, and Bluetooth).  IN ALL CASES THE SOFTWARE FAILED to sync the music player and computer.  Nothing I tried worked.  Just kept getting error messages.  When all their garbage was off my computer, it went back to normal operation.

great for personal data sync. wanted to sync contacts on my MacBook with Galaxy phone and Syncmate did this perfectly. No duplicates or errors. Thanks for making this option free:) Pros: possibility to sync data for freewide range of data you can sync Cons: no complaints for now

Do not buy!!. THIS SOFTWARE IS TERRIBLE. It locked up on my Mac and they will not offer a refund. Their software is apparently designed to generate an activity log after the sync is complete, but of course no log is generated when the software locks up your system. They then say too bad, no refund for you. I had this problem within an hour of downloading their software and request a refund 65 minutes after purchase. I strongly recommend finding a different option. Eltima software is unhelpful. Once they have your money they couldn't care less about your problems with their software.DO NOT BUY!!!! Cons: Software locks up on a MacNo customer service whatsoever

Stay away!. stay away! ruined my extensive contact file by mixing up email addresses, adding calendar dates before and after the original date. it's taken my months to go through and clean it up. ugh.
